I found Becca’s page by accident but I’m so glad that I did. Her idea of eating right is simple, easy to understand and fun! What I really loved about her is her attitude of “one step at a time”. Thank you for not overwhelming me with the jargon that’s usually associated with eating right and for telling me the changes, that are really simple to follow. Highly recommend Becca to all those who wants to lose weight, right way!!

Becca is great, she has tailored a programme to my needs and has adapted it as we’ve gone along to make sure I don’t get bored and to keep stretching me. She is a great motivator!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality I have been having coaching sessions with Becca since January. She is professional, flexible and even adaptive as me moved to online sessions with the lockdown which started in March. She changes the sessions every week making it interesting and motivating. She also starts with a few weeks of assessments to check your level of fitness to then adapt her sessions. I look forwards to my sessions and chit chat every week while keeping fit! I highly recommend her services
